There is no replacement as there was never any intention for him to play for us. If we are to make another purchase this season it should be a Saka backup, or a short term LB option since Arteta is making the foolish decision to banish Tierney from the squad. Ansu Fati is LW so we don’t need him. Tbh, the RW market is pretty scarce right now and I doubt we’ll find someone good enough to back up Saka. So we’ll be going another season where we will ask him to overplay, not drop form, and not get injured. Nice.
I think Jesus should be Saka back up and a proper no9 bought to challenge/rotate with Eddy. Jesus is not a no9.

This question about why Arsenal needs to replace Folarin is rhetorical. Everyone knows we need a striker, so if we can’t even give him one single game, then we have to replace him with another striker. There seems to a fear that if he’s given a chance to play, he might turn out to be too good, and that may raise more questions than Arteta can answer. There’s no one worse than Havertz at Arsenal, no one.
Am not sure Cancelo Ramos is available, but the need for another box to box midfielder as in the mold of Millan Barella would be perfect.
Balogun would not be sold too cheap for £40 million, unless their was a cheap buy back clause. Otherwise it makes no sense! No sale statement has come out from Arsenal at this present time to indicate that he has been sold.
He has been sold for approximately £40 mill including add ons, with a buy back clause inserted in the contract.
Arsenal was always going to sell, when someone got to 40 mil total deal. That was always the figure they wanted.
Kudos would have been a very good buy as he is excellent as an AM or in attack.He was my preferred option before we bought Havertz who I sincerely hope proves to be a real asset once he settled in.

Forget about getting a new striker. Move Havertz upfront and get the proper Xhaka replacement.

He isn’t a proper 8 either but I feel he will do less damage to our setup if he is played upfront.
Dont play him if he isnt suited. End of. You dont win titles carrying passengers. In the prem he has been underwhelming. For Chelsea and so far for us. I would have Nketiah ahead of Haverz at no9 anyday, he plays it better.
